ABOUT CARL
Reverend Dr. A. Carl Prince is a 20+year nonprofit corporate professional and a former member of the Richmond City Council in Richmond, Virginia where he represented a 78,000 diverse member district. As a second generation, licensed and ordained Baptist Minister, Dr. Prince is internationally known and has led congregations from Virginia to Pennsylvania as a transformative leader.
Dr. Prince was Oxford educated at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and is a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) graduate of Howard University School of Divinity where his doctoral concentration was Black Church advocacy for social justice. Under the recommendation of the late Dr. Cain Hope Felder, Chair of the D.Min. Committee, Dr. Prince’s thesis was published by Howard University School of Divinity.
